Dionne is a senior level executive and representative for the organization with primary focus on Chamber member related activities. Dionne also assists GreaterFindlayInc.’s President and Board with establishing action plans that support the program the work and are consistent with the adopted organizational, strategic and tactical goals.

Dawn is responsible for all financial activities for GreaterFindlayInc. including Findlay-Hancock County Chamber of Commerce; Hancock County Convention & Visitors Bureau; Findlay-Hancock County Economic Development Council; GreaterFindlay Foundation; Hancock Leadership, Hancock Youth Leadership, and Hancock Senior Leadership; Community Improvement Corporation. Dawn’s duties include general ledger maintenance, payroll processing, accounts receivable and payable, and employee benefit administration.

Angela oversees and implements the Convention & Visitors Bureau arm of GreaterFindlayInc., focusing on enhancing visitor experiences and marketing the greater Findlay area as a destination. She works closely with conference, meeting and event sponsors to understand and execute meeting objectives and requirements, leads CVB grant initiatives, makes recommendations on inquiries received for groups and meetings, handles all CVB marketing, advertisement and social media campaign efforts, solicits feedback and regularly meets with hospitality partners to identify opportunities to increase efficiencies maximize profitability and sets and maintains the CVB budget and handles reporting.

Jeremiah leads recruitment and member retention activities and provides direct support for economic development projects and activities. Rachael is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with the media, members, and community by promoting, and distributing information about various activities associated with GreaterFindlayInc. including the Hancock County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development offices. She also participates in the preparation and distribution of promotional materials, produces printed and electronic publications, assists with membership benefit functions, encourages membership participation in events and on committees, serves as resource for members to learn about the benefits and opportunities within GFI and coordinates the Chamber’s social media efforts.

Carla oversees and implements organizational programming and services for Greater Findlay and its members; focusing on enhancing member and customer experiences. She establishes relationships and secures sponsors for GreaterFindlayInc. events, analyzes event schedule and develops short and long-term strategy for resources and communication, works with all departments within the organization to, coordinate meetings and events to increase participation.
